Step 1 – All About Energy.
The most important thing that we have is our energy. Without it, we have nothing. You’ll learn the quickest way to get energy, and how to create energy every day by digging into your habits, routines, and what’s not working for you.
Step 2 – All About Mindset
Our mind is the most important muscle in our body, yet we often forget to train it like we train our other muscles. By the end of this module, you’ll be able to calm your busy mind, manage stress and worry, overcome perfectionism and tackle social media.
Step 3 – All About Goals
You will do a full stock take on all areas of your life and figure out where you are, where you want to go, and how to close the gap. You will create such an exciting future plan that you’ll be motivated to do the hard stuff.
Step 4 – All About Performance
Wouldn’t you love to perform consistently and step up under pressure instead of choke? By the end of this module, you’ll learn techniques to help build consistency, deal with nerves, and turn that inner critic into your own inner coach.

The over-achiever, the perfectionist, the stress bunny, The ’nothing I do will ever be good enough’ type. Or you are simply wanting more direction and clarity. Finding Her Balance is designed for young sportswomen and leaders . This programme is for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and like you have to push through and put on a brave face all of the time. If you’re not enjoying your sport or not performing, if you’re injured or barely holding yourself together, if you feel like no one understands what you’re going through, then Finding Her Balance is for you!
There are pre-recorded sessions for you to work through at your own pace, with your workbook. You’ll have access to this content for a whole year. There are live zoom sessions with me (Brooke) every fortnight. If you can’t make these sessions, they will also be recorded and uploaded for you to watch when you can.
The exact time of the live sessions will be determined once the course begins to find the time that works best for everyone, however, scroll back up to the course schedule to see the dates of the live sessions.
