Finding Her Balance is designed for young sportswomen and leaders . This programme is for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and like you have to push through and put on a brave face all of the time. If you're not enjoying your sport or not performing, if you're injured or barely holding yourself together, if you feel like no one understands what you're going through, then Finding Her Balance is for you!
There are pre-recorded sessions for you to work through at your own pace, with your workbook. You'll have access to this content for a whole year. There are live zoom sessions with me (Brooke) every fortnight. If you can't make these sessions, they will also be recorded and uploaded for you to watch when you can.
The exact time of the live sessions will be determined once the course begins to find the time that works best for everyone, however, scroll back up to the course schedule to see the dates of the live sessions.
