Who is the webinar for?

Burnout To Balance is designed for young sportswomen, leaders and go getters at high school. In essence, it is designed for ‘me’ when I was at high school. The over-achiever, the perfectionist, the stress bunny, The ’nothing I do will ever be good enough’ type. Or you are simply wanting more direction and clarity. If any of this resonates, this is for you!

You’ll have access to the replay for ever! If you ever want to watch it again, you can! Since it’s already recorded, you can watch it as soon as you sign up.

 
How long is the webinar?

Who is the Burnout To Balance 5 Day Reset for?

I have designed it for sportswomen of any age, any level.  To be really honest, I designed it for me, because it’s what I needed (and continue to need!) If you’re over-achiever, a perfectionist, a stress bunny, a ’nothing I do will ever be good enough’ type, or you are simply wanting more direction and clarity, then this will be perfect for you.

When does it start?

Please note the dates have changed. The new dates are Tuesday 26th – Saturday 30th April

How much time will I need?

I know you’re extremely busy. I know school, uni, work & sport alone take up most of your time. So I’ve made it simple. You will start seeing results if you commit to an hour each day for 5 days. You only get out what you put in! You can complete it in your own time, and you can access the content through an app in your phone.

I'm not a high performing athlete, does this mean I can't do the programme?

Don’t worry what level you are! If you need a reset, regardless of whether you’re even playing sport at the moment, join us.

How are you? No, really? How are you going? We are so frantic with life that we don’t stop to reflect on certain areas of your life. We will do a full stock take on all areas of your life and figure out where you need to put some extra loving.

Energy

The most important thing that we have is our energy. Without it, we have nothing. You’ll learn the quickest way to get energy, and how to create energy every day.

Goals

This isn’t your standard goal setting that you shove in your drawer and pull out a year later! You’ll start to see results straight away and create such an exciting future that you’ll be motivated to do the hard stuff.

Action Plan

I know there have been times before when you’ve had the best intentions to follow through and do something, and life got in the way. This action plan will ensure that you actually DO the things that you need to do which will move you from burnout to balance.
